This is the first edition of Redbud Rundown, so happy to have you all here!

We have some great events coming up later this fall, as well as many fun things to do this week/weekend in the greater Charlottesville area. Also, it is apple picking season, so be sure to make the most of it before the apples have all fallen!

EVENTS

River dance is coming to the JPJ arena in February 2026 at 7:30PM. This one is a ways out, but it is going to sell out early, so check your calendars now!

You can find tickets here. If you have never seen the performance that originally made them famous, it is well worth checking out.

Potters Craft Cider, Charlottesville - Songwriter’s open mic, featuring original songs only. 7pm - 9pm, event details.

Friday - 17th

JMRL Central Library - Charlottesville - Adult sewing series. This week learn to sew a drawstring bag. Event link here (event appears at the top of the screen).

Saturday - 18th

IX Art Park, Charlottesville - Weekly farmers market running from 8am - 1pm, check them out.

The Paramount, Charlottesville - La Sonnambula opera (Italian for "The Sleepwalker") live-streamed in HD. 1pm. Info and tickets.

Sunday - 19th

Albemarle CiderWorks, North Garden - Silent book club, grab a drink and read in quiet camaraderie. 12:30pm - 3pm. Details.

Southern Revere Cellars, Louisa - Paint + Sip with Blue Ridge Brushes, more info.

Tuesday - 21st

The Bebedero, Charlottesville - Live flamenco rumba with Vincent Zorn. 7pm - 9pm Details.
